Padded, knee-length parka in twill with a drawstring hood. Stand-up collar, zipper at front with wind flap and concealed snap fasteners, and a drawstring at waist with cord stoppers for adjustable fit. Snap fasteners at cuffs and ribbed inner cuffs. Welt handwarmer pockets, side pockets with flap and concealed snap fastener, and a welt inner pocket. Quilted lining.
