Perfect!
Have been looking for a small soft backpack that compresses down for easy carry on packing, one that looks nice to walk around town while also being sturdy enough to carry items on a day hike. This is perfect!

Perfect for light use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bag is light, as you would expect. This means it is perfect for soft items like towels to the beach. However, it does not work for hard objects like books, iPads, or binoculars. It is great for light occasional use, but not something you want to use as your airline carryon. I carried mine exclusively fir 2 weeks in Europe and Africa and it held up well.

Great little traveling daypack for city touring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just returned from a two-week trip from Portugal Spain yesterday and was impressed with this handy little backpack. I purchased it just for this trip and it quickly became my daily go-to piece. Lightweight, comfy to wear, practical.
The bag is like a little black hole! I was able to stuff quite a lot -- books, water bottles, umbrellas, sweaters, and even my long overcoat.
The only problem I encountered was when the bag is tilted, items will tend to fall out of the side pockets.
The black bag looks really cool too.
Matter of fact, I'm purchasing another one of these bags for my husband as a gift since he too was quite impressed with this backpack!

It is an awesome small backpack.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for about 16 days and used it for 14 days straight. It has carried 1 35 oz water bottle on the side pocket with only one issue. When the backpack is empty the water bottle moves around. It is the best waterbottle pocket I have ever had on a backpack.
It carried that plus another 1.5 liter water bottle no issues, inside the backpack not the other pocket.
It felt comfortable and for my uses fit everything I needed it to.
Sometimes a tablet, coloring book, crayons, windbreaker jacket, beanie, paper, water bottle, charger and plug qll at one time, maybe a few other things as well.
Other times heavier thing.
I switched out to what my days needs where that day.
I did have a collapsible hiking stick in it. They whole thing doesn't fit but enough that it stayed in the backpack and didn't fall out even when the stick hit things, which was more than once.
No noticeable wear or tear on it.
Very happy with it and plan to bring it on all my outdoor activities.
