They Sent the Wrong Bra
I ordered this bra online, but I was sent a different bra that’s blue and black with no criss cross straps. I can’t return it because it was sent from Adore Me and not Nordstroms, and they have a different policy. Compare your items before ripping off the tags.

Not the bra pictured
Whichever bra it is in the model photos, that is NOT the Pacchi bra - only the last photo is accurate, the one I assumed must have been uploaded by mistake. I found the Pacchi on the Adore Me site and confirmed it matches the last image.
It's fine. It fits well and and comfy enough even though I had to sister-size up from my correct 30I size, so I guess that means the band runs a little snug, but the real Pacchi is a longline bra with plastic boning that buckles into an unattractive bulge at the sides of my ribcage. Between that and the fact that it's not what I thought I ordered, it's getting returned.
