Terrible customer service
When I arrived to pick up your order the clerk simply returned them when I requested a pick up. They then stated to buy them in the store to ship back to the store. I’ve already purchased prior which was canceled due to not having the correct size. Determined to refund instead accommodating the inconvenience of returning when I arrived. As a customer if I requested merchandise, a refund will never satisfy.

Looks amazing but not true to size
I purchased these for my son for homecoming he wears a 10 so he looked the shoes up & they say true to size he said he should have went a 1/2 size up....Besides the size They looked amazing with his suit I'm sure he will get another pair for junior prom
