Oversize Boiled Wool Poncho

I so wanted to love this poncho. The fabric was perfect, the length would work with dresses as well as pants, and I have other poncho colors in this line but no black. I’m a 14-16 in size, and the L/XL had plenty of room for heavier clothing underneath. The one problem I had ( which you can’t see in the photos), was that the side slits are cut too high to give this item any warmth. The poncho hits just below the knees on my 5’5” frame, but the side slits are cut to the waist. If the slits were 6”, I would have kept it, but the front pieces were not lying flat and didn’t look as sleek and stylish as my other ponchos. For this steep price, I decided to return it.
