Disappointed- broke after 2 trips!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this not long ago and used it only twice! On the second trip, zipper detached and it was really scratched up. We had to buy new luggage and went with a soft side. We have used Samsonite luggage years and am so disappointed in this poorly designed luggage. I think the zipper was just glued on and the give in the expandable fabric (which we didn’t even open) made it separate from the hard case. Our other hardcase carryons have a zipperless system which worked really well but this one was sketchy from the start. If I hadn’t needed it right away, I would’ve returned it. Back to a soft side luggage.

Very nice features
Bought this 2 weeks plus, for a trip to England. Quite a few nice features that I appreciate. The 2 sides divided has been nice, also the inside zippers never getting caught has been a big plus. I also liked the feature of the flat, rigid divider with the zippered waterproof pocket, it helped me keep the clean vs cleanish items separate. I did not test the waterproof pocket. I REALLY appreciated the smooth and easy way the luggage rolled, regardless of position- 2 or 4 wheels. Was surprised how easily the 4 wheels rolled - it was well balanced, I wasn't concerned of it tipping. The outside fared well for the trip, tolerating Dulles & Heathrow with scratches but no breaks. It is amazingly lightweight luggage as well. I also appreciated the locking mechanism that considers TSA.

Really awsome

I like that it has a hard shell but is still lighter than a metal suitcase. I decided to get this because it has a waterproof compartment in it for liquids And I'm happy I did!
