The Outdoor Sling is an ultralight cross-body bag that contains just the right amount of features to keep essentials organized, protected, and accounted for. A quick-adjusting padded shoulder strap allows comfortable cross-body or waist carry, and is easy to remove, reverse, or clip around other items thanks to custom glass-reinforced nylon hardware. The lightweight Terra Shell 210D ripstop exterior is abrasion resistant and weatherproof with a PU coating and PFAS-free water-repellent treatment.

Big flaw in design
This bag would otherwise be a great unstructured sling that molds to your body when worn if not for the easy release clip. It is TOO easy to release and the bag immediately falls to the ground. If you have anything fragile in the bag it will likely be broken as the bag does not have a lot of cushion or padding (which would be fine if there wasn’t this risk of dropping the bag on the floor with normal use). Just a slight touch of the clip when adjusting the bag on your shoulder will cause it to come undone. Huge design flaw not seen in any other competitor slings I have in this category (eg Bellroy, Aer, tonic etc).

Perfect little daily on-the-go carry
This is one of my favorite quick daily carries. Easily fits phone, charger, a packable tote, and my sunglasses. I clip a carabiner on the strap in case I have a water bottle and it doesn’t impact the comfort of carry. I like that you can switch to left-handed carry vs right. I’m a righty but carry left.

Excellent! Perfect!
Outstanding design! I own quite a few PD products (photography-related) but the attention to detail carries through in these more generic products, like this sling and in the wallets.
I've often gone through several iterations of items; but the end point is generally here. Bravo!

One major issue
Amazing bag. Took it to multiple travels and storage amount and profile are the best. Only issue is that I am filming while traveling and realized this bag makes a lot of noise at the connection area. Every step makes squeaky noise and it is recorded on my video. Ever since that, i'm hyper aware of it and am so not satisfied. They should remove the quick release and just make it one seemless strap.

Nice but could be better
I like my 2 litre outdoor sling but I don’t love it. I like the size, that’s it’s waterproof (I hope), the slot for my phone and the versatility of sling vs fanny pack. I wish it had a 2 way zipper, and an inside (or outside) extra zipper pocket for more secure storing of items. Right now it’s just one big pocket with some loose mesh organizing pockets that don’t seem very useful.
