Great! Try turning it around backwards!
The trick for me was to put it on and turn it backwards. The way it’s shown worn in the picture was not comfortable on me at all.! When I was making fun of how uncomforble this was I happened to turn it backswards and then it was like magic! Absolutely made all the difference in the world! I wore it on the couch for about half an hour and could have fallen asleep. Can’t wait to use this for long flights.
My only dissatisfaction is it’s bulky size for my carry on. Hopefully sleep is the trade off I won’t regret for lack of space. I’m 5’1 and petit. Great for coach seats, probably won’t wear in first class lol.

If the bottom of your jawbone to the top of your collarbone is less than 3.5 inches this will cover cover your mouth at its highest fit. This is not meant for anyone who does not have an extremely long neck.
I have to return it. One size fits a few, not anywhere close to all.
I just wish the manufacturer had a more realistic description

worth every dollar
I have difficulty sleeping unless conditions are perfect which makes international travel tricky. This pillow is a lifesaver! It’s super comfortable and makes it possible to sleep upright. It’s worth every dollar! Just be warned it doesn’t compress all that small but I don’t even care. It’s worth the extra space because it’s so easy to sleep on a plane with this!

soft and comfortable
I bought this for an 8 hour flight. I like that there is Velcro to keep it around your neck, which I think so many other neck pillows are missing. It’s super soft, the cover is removable and machine washable. I liked it best turned around (opposite of the picture).

Awful and worthless
I don’t write reviews often but am so irritated by this product I am. The design of this pillow is assymetric, meaning one side of it is twice as bulky as the other for some reason. This equates to one side of your neck being more compressed than the other and when I took it off after 1 minute, it felt like someone punched me in the neck and the pain lasted over 30 min.

Best pillow purchase I've ever made!
I've been living abroad since 2010 and took long-distance flights several times a year. Trust me when I say: many flights and many travel pillows.
This is BY FAR the best and most supportive pillow I have ever bought. It is incredibly comfortable and I always sleep like a baby arriving far more refreshed than I ever could have hoped for.
