This wheeled carry-on bag is the brand's most durable, comfortable and lightweight style of their travel family and is designed to keep you traveling with ease during your next long-haul adventure.

Closure: Two-way top-zip closure.

Exterior features: A durable chassis with oversized 90mm wheels let you glide along rough sidewalks and cobblestone roads. The large front panel access allows for easy packing and unpacking, while the front panel zip top pocket holds your smaller items. Front mesh pockets hold your water bottles securely in place. Front StraightJacket compression straps keep your carry-on compact for easier storage on flights and trunks, and the padded top and side handles provide comfortable carry options. An extending single tube handle with ergonomic grip lets you easily control your wheeled pack through crowds. AirSpeed suspension with tensioned mesh backpanel provides outstanding load support and ventilation for maximum comfort. And the stowable tensioned mesh backpanel with padded shoulder straps and hipbelt make travel easy when you want to carry your pack.

Interior features: Dual internal compression straps with fabric wings keep clothes neat; zip mesh pocket on the inner front pocket wall; internally reinforced 6061 aluminum frame provides greater durability with less weight.

Special features: Attachments loops and external attachment points let you add a Compatible with Farpoint/Fairview Daypack (sold separately).

Survived four months of travel around Asia
I have an Osprey Backpack which I was originally going to use for my Asia travels but invested in this Farpoint wheeled back pack at the last minute and I am so glad I did. It is lightweight and robust having survived 13 flights and many train journeys where luggage had to be squeezed into fairly tight spaces and overhead luggage racks. Because of the handle configuration, the base of the suitcase is not flat and effectively has two hollows running down each side of the handle, but if you use this area for small items to flatten the space first, you can then put packing cubes etc. in on top. There are lots of other nooks and crannies which are useful too, from the long pocket at the front of the suitcase to the zip pocket at the top. When you open the case the 'lid' has two large net pockets. I felt it would have been more useful to have one large space here, but it was not really an issue. I never had to use the back pack element of this case so cannot speak for this. All in all, I would really recommend this travel pack.

Terrible design
Wheels have minimal clearance, the metal handle mechanism takes up a huge about of internal space, the back pack straps are cheap and uncomfortable to use. This bag does neither a suitcase job or a back pack job well. It’s a compromise that doesn’t work.

Robust for travel
Very happy with the quality of the bag and the size/ease of the wheels. Not used in backpack mode yet. Slightly less room than expected inside due to frame

Nice bag but. . .
The bag is nice. Wanted the side loader to manage contents better. Like the wheels and makes for easy travelling. But, doesn't feel like 65L worth if space. Bag is rigid and doesn't expand. The handle bar in the centre is raised and seems to reduce the capacity of the main internal compartment. Similar 65L I manged to fit 4 packing cubes easily, but this bag just about takes 3.

Great bag
Perfect great quality bag for my work trips. Rucksack addition as I'm often in areas I cannot use wheels. I can easily fit all my gear for trips of 7 to 10 days.

Slightly disappointing
Has nice big chunky wheels. Doesn't seem to hold as much as my 65L suitcase, probably due to its odd internal shape. Wish I had bought the 80L bag instead.
