Love it. I use this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it.
I use this pack for work and carry a laptop, accessories and other odds and ends.
I particularly like the sleek water bottle pocket. I find it easy to use and like how it holds the bottle securely. I also like how it effectively disappears when you aren't carrying a bottle. The pocket won't hold a bottle much over 20 oz capacity.
The padded laptop sleeve works well.
I like how the pack is streamlined and minimalistic. I find it comfortable and it is just what I was looking for - large enough to carry the essentials plus a few extras but a bit more stylish.
I do use a tech kit bag (from another manufacturer) to help organise chargers, cables etc. This provides the benefit that you can remove the bag and keep it on a desk to access all of your items.
Do be aware that the main zip is a J style. I haven't had a pack with that configuration before but it works just fine.

Minimalist I like, however, pockets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Minimalist I like, however, pockets feel tight and not enough organization. The key leash location is awkward. Though fabric is of high quality, it’s hair and lint magnet. Does not self stand even when packed. The strap is uncomfortable on the neck.

This is the perfect travel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect travel pack. Simple, classy, not flashy, well-made, well-sized, comfortable, and with all the right features. The only question is why one strap has a clip and the only potential improvement would be to add a removable hip strap/bet.

Reliable, if slightly over-engineered
Had this backpack for about a month, and I’m very pleased with it so far. It’s very well constructed, good quality material, and very comfortable to wear as someone with broad shoulders. It’s solid enough to protect my belongings, but flexible enough to not be awkward in tight spaces. It’s got plenty of separate pockets to carry everything on a day-to-day basis, and was also great as a rucksack on a 4 day holiday abroad. In this holiday I also spent several hours in torrential rain, and while it’s not waterproof, the book I was carrying was still completely dry by the end of the day, so you don’t have to worry about keeping it dry too much. The ribbed back means it’s comfortable and cool to wear for long periods of time, and the shoulder straps are very supportive.
Only minor drawbacks: the thick padding on the internal pockets and sleeves, as well as the outside material, while an advantage for carrying delicate items, means the maximum capacity is slightly lower than you’d expect from a backpack of this size.
Additionally, the carabiner clip on one strap is a nice idea, but it’s very stiff and awkward to use, and I can think of a situation where there isn’t an easier way to secure my bag while I’m not wearing it.
Overall, definitely worth the price tag if you’re looking for a comfortable, everyday backpack. You might find you’ll struggle on 3+ day trips, but you’ll get by.
