The strap is NOT defective!
Please ignore all the reviews you see about the strap being defective— all you have to do is turn the “b” a few times and it will flip itself right over!
I love this bag! Giant, sturdy, can fit everything without me having to bring multiple smaller bags in one go. Would totally buy again. The mushroom color is a beautiful neutral.

Be Patient, Try This: The Strap is NOT Defective!
I was a bit hesitant to purchase, because several reviews mentioned a defective strap. Surely, not all of them could be faulty, right? When the item arrived, the first thing I checked was the strap, and it seemed like it wasn't installed correctly. HOWEVER, I simply turned the "b" on each strap, and that fixed the 'problem'. It appears to be more of a design choice than a defect. If you decide to purchase, give this tip a try before returning it, worked for me!
The bag is HUGE tho, but perfect for all the things I need for two kids and myself. :)

strap was defective
This was more of a pink. It’s very big and sturdy but our strap was put on incorrectly and it would curl up. I would have kept it for swim classes if the strap was not defective.
