Origami Work Tote 15-Inch Laptop Tote Bag for Women

I was really excited about this bag. From a practical standpoint it's great - great pockets, cool that it attaches to your suitcase, roomy, nice laptop sleeve, etc. But it just doesn't look as nice and structured as the photo. You can see in another reviewers post that it's just way more slouchy and frankly the folds / edges at the top just don't exist in real life. It doesn't have the nice, expensive looking shape as the photo. Might still keep it, again very practical, but overall disappointed in the look.

The bag looks great. The Nordstrom description indicates this bag has the matte nylon finish but the bag I received has the Ultra Satin finish. The bag is beautiful but I wanted the matte nylon bag. I want to use this bag as my everyday work bag. I expect the satin will show scrapes and snags more than the matte nylon. I am returning this bag and hope to order the matte nylon bag.

I absolutely love the design of this bag - both chic and functional. It fit my laptop, all the items I typically carry in my purse, and my water bottle. I originally bought this for a conference, and it worked well for travel. Fits easily under the airplane seat, and rests nicely on other luggage. There are just a few things that keep this bag from being perfect: - the straps are a bit short to carry this on your shoulder (I'm 5'5 for reference) - the zipper to slide this over a luggage handle is cumbersome (I get that it's "hidden" for a cleaner look, but still) - I thought the satin fabric cheapened the overall look (ordered in the original and love it!)

A lot of thought went into the many design elements and useful features of this bag. The fabric is beautiful and so chic. The only thing I would change is the zipper, which isn’t as smooth to open and close as I would expect at this price point. All in all, a great purchase I will enjoy traveling with for years.
