Astounded by Oribe.
I've been using the Oribe Signature Shampoo and Conditioner for a week now and it is truly amazing. This formulation of this shampoo is gentle and mild for everyday shampooing (as indicated). I have non-colored fine straight hair. I'm usually due for a haircut/trim every 7-8 weeks, however, upon using this shampoo, I noticed a major improvement in my hair. It's more manageable, the ends are smoother, my hair is shiner, and has volume. It actually makes my hair look fuller. I believe the secret to this shampoo is the polymer. It actually coats each strand of hair, unlike other shampoos that may make this claim, allowing for a more healthier and voluminous appearance.
I ordered the 1.7 oz. bottles of the Signature Shampoo and Conditioner. At the time, I could not justify the cost. This product is very EXPENSIVE. But because of what it's miraculously doing for my hair, I have already purchased the full size bottles of the Oribe Brilliance and Shine Shampoo and Conditioner and Sculpting Cream. I'll be reviewing those items very soon. Be on the lookout for that review under the actual product itself.
I highly recommend this product. Ask for a sample or purchase the trial size bottles first before committing like I did. I was really impressed. The only other product that compares at a lower price point is Living Proof, but that product made my scalp itch for some reason. I hope this review helps in your decision.

Nothing Special
Purchased this Shampoo to be something special and as a treat. There is nothing wrong with the product, it does what shampoo is supposed to do---clean your hair. With the high price and the description I thought I was purchasing something SPECIAL. It was not special but was regular Shampoo. It didn't have some great smell but it did have a cool bottle.
My hair is clean so it did it's job.
Special price but not a special product.
I would recommend it as I would recommend a drug store product---It did it's job.

This shampoo is the one!
First off, I'm a dude! I'm growing my hair out, right now it's medium length, anyways I've tried aveda, bumble, and so on but all they did was leave my hair sticky, dry, and a weird odor left in hair. But THIS ONE, it leaves my thick, wavy hair feeling clean, fresh and looking amazing. It has an incredible smell, small amount onto hand is all you need as it's thick and silky in hand. When you rub it between your palms the shampoo morphs into luxurious bubbles and did I mention the smell. There's no odor of plants like with Aveda or the usual peppermint with a weird acidy smell underneath it. No - the smell, it's unexplainable! I've never been to Paris but one whiff of this it feels like I'm walking with somebody I love kissing under the Eiffel Tower. The smell doesn't last after your hair dries, which I'm glad it doesn't, but for that special minute when you're in the shower applying this onto your hair, it's like coming back to your dream vacation that'll you'll know will always be there.

Best shampoo on the market
This was recommended to me by a stylist because I had heavily highlighted hair, and a dry scalp. I was frustrated that products either weighed my hair down, or stripped it of moisture and made my scalp itchy. Then, I tried this shampoo. It literally changed my hair. My scalp was healthy, my hair was healthy, and I was thrilled. This shampoo did wonders for me, but I can't use store bought shampoos. This is worth the splurge. You only need a tiny amount to shampoo; just use a lot of water. Pair it with the conditioner, and you will notice a change! This product SAVED my hair.

not for fine hair
This shampoo, conditioner and creme combo was waaaay to heavy for fine and thin hair. My hair was instantly greasy and weighed down.
It does smell nice and the smell lasts but loss of total volume. Also, dries hair out horribly.
I would recommend to someone who has beautiful full, healthy luxurious hair... no one else.

Heaven in a bottle
Truly a daily indulgence - once you try Oribe I don't think you can't go back again. The scent is glorious and non-irritating (as opposed to many hair product scents - I'm looking at you, drybar). This, the signature conditioner and gold dust dry shampoo are now my must-haves.
