Excellent way to cover the grey roots
My hair grows fast and I’d go broke if I headed to the salon every time the grey roots appeared. This does the job, stayed in place even when it sprinkled, and the color matched perfectly. You don’t need a lot, so don’t be alarmed by the size of the bottle.
My only issue: don’t put your sunglasses on the top of your head, which you shouldn’t do anyway. I did notice a slight transfer of the color when I put them back on my face, but it wiped off easily.

smudgy and can be messy
It smells nice, does the job, but what good is that if it’s going to smudge on your fingers and your pillow especially for that price?

Pros and Cons
I'm using this spray to fill in thin spots in my hair rather than as a root touch up. I like that it's subtle unlike some other brands that I've tried that almost feel like your are spraying your head with paint. There is also a nice sheen, and the aroma is pleasant. As another reviewer described, the color is lighter than I expected. I'm a dish water blonde and ordered the light brown. It's just right for filling in sparse areas in my hair, but I think it would be too light if my purpose was to cover grey. I was surprised at how little is in the container. It's only 4" high from the bottom of the cap to the bottom of the canister. Very little for the price so it wouldn't be something that I could afford for every day. The aerosol spray was difficult to get going at first. Bottom line, I like it, but it will be used sparingly given the price/value.

hard to spray
This is very hard to spray, it also makes your hair feel stiff and sticky. I only use a bit to cover grey but can’t recommend.

amazing root touch up spray!! Must have!!
My friend recommended this product to me because I needed something to cover my gray root between salon visits. I was not good at using spray before. But with this one, it is so easy! I shake the bottle well and spray. It covers the root so nicely. Most importantly my hair is not sticky. At first I thought it smelled pretty strong. Now I am used to it. I don’t need to wash my hair every other day too. I can wait until 2 days later. My white pillow cases are clean. Nothing got on it.
I will continue to buy. It makes your hair look fuller also. This bottle lasts me over 3 weeks and I shampoo my hair 3 times a week.
Highly recommend !!

i love this for my hair
I can't go without it.When I need to get to the Beauty salon and I can't make it, i found out this is the best to touch up my hair. It last me for about a month. it looks good as if I had just had my hair done at the salon. Would I recommend this most definitely. Iam thrilled that Nordstrom has this for on thoes days I must be in a meeting. And wasn't able to get to my hair stylist.
