Too short
lease consider making a similar vest, with a two-way zipper, in a length that covers your hips. I find these short vests to be pretty much useless when it's cold outside.

This vest is short and slim -- if you're the same, you may like it. I wish there was the exact same vest in this cotton fabric, but long enough to cover my torso.

Great textured vest!
The textured cotton doubleknit fabric is lovely and has substance. I haven't washed it yet so can't comment on that. I ordered the dove color in my normal size, medium, and the fit is as expected. The only thing I would change is to put zippers on the pockets.

Great vest
This vest is a light and yet functional layer to a range of outfits. It can be dressed up with a buttoned shirt for work or with khaki pants or skirts. I recently wore it with stone pants from last summer. Each time I have worn the vest I have received compliments. It has an interesting texture and is well constructed. The pockets are functional without adding bulk. At 5’6”, 120 pounds and 34 B, the XXS fits well with a t-shirt or light blouse underneath.

Very Nice But Too Long For A Petite
I liked the style and fabric of this vest but unfortunately at 24” it was just too long for a five foot three type like me. Often the more boxy cuts allow the longer length but this one hit wrong and bunched up. I returned I and the same thing in black.
