Purchased for the wrong stroller model
We have the jogger and I didn’t fully read the description to this attachment. Sadly the attachment doesn’t work with the jogger!

Not very reliable
I love my orbit baby system but this is just not it. Unfortunately, it’s just so hard to put on and it can fall off. It has been so hard using it and my baby fell off of it when it disconnected it. I really wanted to love it but it’s just bad.

Not very reliable
I love my orbit baby system but this is just not it. Unfortunately, it’s just so hard to put on and it can fall off. It has been so hard using it and my baby fell off of it when it disconnected it. I really wanted to love it but it’s just bad.

Very uncomfortable
Having 2 under 2 was the goal so I wanted a stroller that can grow with my family. Trying out the helix attachment was uncomfortable because your hunched over while pushing the carriage. Unfortunately this is a poor design because not only are you hunched over but the base for the helix makes it harder to lock and unlock the stroller. I did see that you made a helix handle bar but could not find it on the site, also it is disappointing that the handle bar does not come with the helix base as a set.

I like the concept and how easy it is to setup/breakdown once it’s installed, but I actually have a hard time connecting the helix+ to the base because the basket flap gets in the way and it’s hard to tell if it latched correctly. I like how it’s also interchangeable with the stroller seat and G5 car seats but I don’t like how the positioning of the seats are limited due to clearance/space. So most of the time the seat on the helix+ is used for storage.

Not a great add on
This item is too bulky and makes it very difficult to push the stroller without hitting your shins on the back of it. Dissatisfied with this purchase. The kick board is much more useful and better designed.
