Ophelia Shift Dress

I love this dress in the picture and when it went on sale online, I purchased it. Such an incredible disappointment when it came and the colors looked like it had been washed 50 times. It is nowhere close to the Navy as advertised and really looks like it was washed and super hot colors and completely faded. It’s such a shame because the fit is wonderful. Contacted customer care and was told since I bought it as a final sale. There was nothing they could do. I guess it’s by a beware and just know according to lilly there can be a bit of a difference between the photos and the item in person. Also, the photos are taken on a white background. I understand a bit of a difference, but this color difference was a bit extreme.

I have bought numerous Lilly dresses this spring and summer and love them all. However, I tried them on in the store. I purchased this dress online in the Palm print and the colors look faded. It fit like a sack and the material was not the usual Lilly quality. The design in the back was a the best thing about the dress I am looking forward to returning it so I can see the new collection and try on the dresses in the store before I purchase.
