Sizing is very odd. Manufacture defect?

I was very surprised. The product is not same as described or on the brand online images. The length of sleeve supposed to be close to elbows and physical product is shorter like puff sleeve close to shoulder. The neck is too tight like high neck and more designed like T shirts. Not dress. I feels like Adidas changed manufacture or patenner who does not cut correct body sizing this seasons.

Good but….

The quality of the fabric is wonderful but it fits weird in the neck area bc it does run on the bigger side so sizing down would be good but it would only shorten the length
