good quality - runs 1/2 size big

It is a little pricey for a cardigan, but you can tell the difference with the quality. Could easily be dressed up or down. Debating if I’m going to return for a size down as it feels slightly large through shoulders. I could probably make either XL or L work.

Empty Box Delivered

I was really looking forward to wearing this sweater. However, I received an empty box - NO SWEATER INSIDE. For the first time, in my experience with Nordstrom, Customer Service has not been helpful. Instead of issuing a refund, they suggested I use an alternate address to avoid theft. Customer Service thinks it is an "unfortunate" but I am stuck with paying $89.50 for an empty box.

Understated and classic

Winter white, slightly large in the arms for XS but not a game changer. Fabric is indeed delicate as stated on the tag that come with the sweater. The only reason I have it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the fabric is a bit rough on the skin, so fine when wearing with a long sleeve shirt but a bit uncomfortable with a sleeveless top.
