I was sent a used and dirty blazer. I paid full price, and even if I didn’t this is beyond unacceptable. Nordstrom should be ashamed.

The shoulder pads, sigh
I really wanted to keep this jacket, and I bought three colors, because I loved the cut and fit, and the material was SO good (the olive one in particular was lovely) - but the shoulder pads made me look like a linebacker. The shoulders were too wide and bulky, felt irrationally large, and I could see the edges of the pads lying under the cloth. A no go for me.
