very comfortable sandal
These arrived today and right out of the box are very comfortable, could walk miles without a break in period. I have worn onfoot for a couple years and find the footbed is very supportive and softer than a cork or leather option. I like the velcro closures for fast and flexible fit vs a buckle with fixed options. I prefer the rounded toe shape of the shoe over that of a birkenstock which I think has a steeper front angle. I find the rounder shape gives more toe room for the pinkie and toes don't come over the front edge or rub against the front of shoe. I am happy to see Onfoot offer this style. I think I'll return the B. even though the big buckles are much prettier than the onfoot!

More cushioned than Birks
I am a long time Birkenstock fan. I have recently had a long painful bout with plantar fasciitis and can no longer wear birks all day. These On Foots have a cushioned sole that my sore foot LOVES. I wear 37 in Birks and the 37 in On Foot fits exactly the same.

Love the bottom, hate the top.
I so wanted to love these shoes. The footbed is the best, cushiony and springy. The top is a different story. Both straps are velcro, which is great in theory, but the part of the velcro not used rubs the tops of my feet. Painful.
