One-Shoulder Mermaid Gown

This is a beautiful dress. Great quality material, which was very flattering and provided nice smoothness and coverage in the right areas. Fits to true to size. And gorgeous navy blue color. But it went back. The decorative shoulder ruffle is very stiff and weird. Thart that is off the shoulder is fine and can work. However, the part on the left shoulder does not sit right and is very large. I wish it was removable or easy to remove but it cannot because it is all once piece. In my husband's words, it looked like I wearing a football player's uniform with the shoulder pads lol I am disappointed because everything else about this dress was so pretty.
