Beautiful, soft rug

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We love our new rug. It’s so soft on bare feet and so far seems to be of very good quality. My only flag would be, it takes a LONG time for the fold lines to soften. I’ve had the rug for about 30 days and can still see some lines because the rug arrives folded in a box not rolled up as you might expect.

Poor quality control

So disappointing. Quality is definitely not there. Visible knot and runs on topside, align with plastic garbage, sticks, and feathers embedded within the weave. Rug pad larger than rug. Although wool, we expected the rug to be softer with some level scratchiness. Instead it is quite scratchy. We have lots of other wool products from various brands that are not scratchy. Constantly shedding and pilling. Rug was purchased for our infant’s room.

Excellent quality

It worked out pergdctly
