Great shoe - Very comfortable
Went to the store to purchase a pair of On Cloud for my teenage son. Shopping in Nordstrom’s shoe department is a night/day difference from other shoe departments. The salesperson was efficient, kind and very helpful! They did not have a size 13 of the exact shoe my son wanted so it was ordered and shipped to my home with no issues.

Possibly the worst shoes I’ve ever owned
These shoes are absolutely terrible. The upper is 2-layer mesh, which makes them breathable, but also means dirt immediately gets trapped and no amount of washing will get them clean. After the first trail run these white shoes were brown from dirt. Then there’s the comfort. First, the band across the top of the foot, over the tongue, is far too tight. Also, even with the band across the foot they don’t lace high enough to lock in your heels properly. Combine that with the oddly-padded rear support covered in a slick leatherette-like material, and you get a shoe that fits like a floppy slipper and the rear end rubs blisters after any serious usage.

On Trail Sneaker
I wasn’t too impressed by these trail sneakers. This caught my attention because I was searching for a pair of white sneakers. I prefer the original ON Cloud Running which I have 2 pairs of. You will need to size up. The 11.5 I ordered were too small. I think a 12 would’ve sufficed. Here are photos to help you decide.

Comfortable but quality issues
Really like the look and fit of the shoe. Purchased on 05Dec2023 but just today one of the laces eyelets tore through. Less than a month old and not even worn everyday. Submitted a warranty claim through On so will see how well they stand behind their product. Really disappointed that it is having this issue.

Too Narrow
I bought these for my husband, initially he thought they were comfortable, but after about 5 mins of wearing them he had to take them off because they were cutting the circulation off of his foot, he had the laces as loose as they would go too, while still being able to actually tie them. These are very narrow. Will have to return. They look good and they’re cushy to walk in, that’s why I gave them a 2 as opposed to a 1 star.
Please ask the company to make them in a wide option.

Great shoe, check the fit!
Great shoe so far, I'm normally a 10.5 (US) and my large toe seems to rub in a 10.5 ON when it does not in other brands. Might not be exactly true to size, spend your time walking around in them when trying them on.
