Designed for hardcore athletes in and out of the gym, this training shoe supports and enhances performance in cardio, resistance and high-intensity training.

Perfect for: Multisport enthusiasts looking for a high-performance training shoe made with recycled materials and designed to keep up with sprints, squats, circuits and HIIT workouts.

Upper: Engineered mesh and targeted padding provide breathable, stabilizing comfort in any activity. Internal reinforcement ensures distraction-free flexibility as you move.

Midsole Drop: 8mm. Classified as a mid-drop measurement, it pushes your foot forward to support a more natural mid/forefoot strike.

Sole: The CloudTec® sole molded from bouncy Helion™ superfoam puts a lightweight, springy feel under cardio and speed training. A midfoot TPU clip offers lateral support on side-to-side movements. A wide platform and lower profile ensure a stabilized, grounded feeling. The embedded Speedboard® is thicker in the midfoot for enhanced support and thinner in the forefoot to maximize flexibility. Missiongrip™ rubber provides reliable footing on multiple surfaces and for quick-change movements.

The Go To Training Shoe
Can echo what a previous reviewer said. I chose these over the Cloud X 3 AD. These felt immediately better and looked better on feet. The stability and cushion is much better than the x3 AD. Very happy I tried both models and chose the right one!

Never got it!
I ordered it more than 10 days ago, never got an update, contacted customer service a couple of times to ask why it took so long and if I’m going to receive it, but didn’t get much help. I finally got an email saying that they’re going to refund me. I was disappointed especially because it was supposed to be a gift for my husband.

Reactivated my plantar fasciitis
Normally a huge fan of On but these run very narrow and the heel is super super tight. I would order a full size up on these. Been having to wear croc mules for months now because they totally gave me a pf exacerbation. Boo!!
