THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE BAD SERVICE
I’m not leaving this review for the shoes specifically because they haven’t even been gifted yet. However, Nordstrom’s service continues to decline. I received this package today. Tell me how exactly I’m supposed to give these shoes as a gift with the shoe box hanging by a thread? It’s basically torn from the lid more than halfway through the back. It looks horrible and what I can’t exactly return the shoes just for the box or request a new box. Do better Nordstrom this is freaking ridiculous

I bought these shoes roughly 4 months ago from Nordstrom. I work in a hospital, so I was looking for something that offered comfort for lots of standing, no squeaking (night shift), and had a good reputation. After 4 months of use, my feet still feel great, even after a 12 hour shift. At the beginning, I felt they lacked some heel support, but that felt better after they broke in. My biggest complaint however is the squeaking! My coworkers can hear me down the hall nearly 200ft away lol. I figured it was just a “new shoe” thing, but the squeaking never got better over time, and eventually got a little worse. It’s a great shoe, but I couldn’t recommend it to someone who works in a hospital or another place with hard floors because of the major noise issue.

You made me pay for fast shipping, I am flying out of the country on Sunday and you say that one of the products will be delivered in ten days, this does not suit you, you are deceiving me!!!
