We’re glad you love the overall design! The silicone divider should fit snugly and stay in place during normal use, so if it’s falling out easily, something may be off. Sometimes it just needs to be pressed in starting from one corner and worked around the edge, but it’s also possible you received a slightly misshapen divider. Could you email us so we can help?

This model was designed to be more compact and streamlined, which does mean fewer built-in features like a handle and internal utensil storage. We understand how that can feel less kid-friendly and less convenient, especially if you still need to use a separate lunch bag.
