Beautifully made hot weather sandals

Gorgeous and well constructed leather sandals. Pleased to have scored a black pair as they are sold out at Olukai and everywhere else. I'm a US 8/European 39 but the size recommendation for me was a 9, which was too big. The 8s fit me perfectly. The toe strap is a little tight on me - I have fine sturdy feet! - so I'm gently stretching those parts. Great if your feet run hot because they're not smothered in these pretty, delicate looking sandals. Comfortable smart sandals that you could really wear anywhere.

sooo uncomfortable!

I have another pair of sandals from this brand which are so comfortable so I wanted to try out another style. I found these to be extremely painful. Not only did they give me terrible blisters, but they made the arch of my feet feel bruised— I could barely walk by the end of the night and it took a couple of days for the pain to go away. I never experienced anything like that with any other shoe before (hurting the arch of my foot like that). Maybe it’s just my foot anatomy, but they didn’t work for me. In addition to the issue of comfort, the quality is lacking. I only wore them the one time and by the end of the night, there were scuffs on the metallic. Can’t imagine these shoes would look good for long.

Who designs these sandals?

These sandals are not worth the money. They are hard as a rock (not flexible), so I sounded like Frankenstein walking around my house. I also hated that the closure is on the heel, which made them hard to put on and take off and is a blister waiting to happen. I wanted a pair of cute, functional sandals for a trip, but these are not it. They are going back.

Great show but major flaw!

These shoes have great support and the color is perfect BUT after 5/6 wears, the gold color is wearing off the bottom of the shoe. I think the color should last longer. I would like to return or replace the shoe (maybe I just got a “lemon” shoe) but I know that I can’t return them since I have already worn them.

Do not go up in size

If you are a half size, don’t go up a size like it says,go down I’m an 8.5 and got the 9- way too big.

gold sandals

Love the gold and style of these but they run big for 1/2 sizes. I’m an 8 1/2 and the suggestion to size up wasn’t the right one. I’m hoping the 8 works better.

Don't Love

These are super cute online, but since they don't come in half sizes the fit is just off. They are very wide and the straps fit loose. I have a med/wide foot so it's rare to have a sandal that is too wide. I imagine these would be great if you have super wide feet.
