Olivine Oversize Water Repellent Bonded Twill Jacket

I love this coat. There’s weight to it but not too heavy, more medium. I love the style, the loose roomy fit and the collar, the cinched waist. It’s just so big on. I usually wear L to XL in Canada Goose. A medium is probably a better fit, undecided if it’s worth it to exchange. I love it though. Typical CG high quality, beautiful piece.

Great for cold days or brisk morning walks; more than a shell but not heavy. Perfect for winter layering with an insulated vest or full jacket beneath. Good for 4.4-22C/40-70F in a long sleeved T-shirt without layering. Excellently extended bum coverage without being too long in front. Evades gentle rain nicely. Looks like cotton but doesn't really wrinkle. It is listed by Nordstrom as Polyester. It isn't. It is Polyamide (nylon) per CG; easier on the skin. --- Not as breathable as expected. Not un-breathable like a windbreaker and because it's roomy. No chest pockets at all. No pockets with zippers. We need an interior chest pocket. The Hood unsnaps too easily. I'm surprised I haven't lost it. There is a small inside slip pocket for gloves but the hood gets wrinkled and makes it bulky there. Are you listening Goose? We need better pockets.
