Off the Shoulder Cover-Up Dress

I’ve had this cover up for over 3 years and I vacation at least 2x a year and would never leave home without it. It’s perfect when you still want to be cute without showing too much. It fits like a mini-dress while covering the bathing suit. I’m 54 and this makes me look and feel like I’m still in my 20s while at the pool or on the beach. I got a medium and it’s true to size. When I wash it, I always hang to dry. The shape and fit has not changed over the years.

The bottom edge is ridiculously poor. I don’t understand how Nordstrom is selling this.
