Synergie[4] Immediate Skin Perfecting Beauty Masque

I bought one of their daily dash washes in the past and was keen to give the brand a chance and use other products. The mask comes in a powder form that thickens with water. It dries well on the face, and you can add kitchen staples like apple cider to enhance the mask if you choose. However, the results I found were average and not super hydrating. I don’t think I will buy from this brand again unfortunately.

I am 41 years old, and I use this mask with my 13-year-old son. We both see a huge improvement in our skin. Maybe if you don’t have any visible issues, you wouldn’t notice anything magical? But with my aging skin and his teenage acne, this is one of the few masks on my “must repurchase” list.

This mask is basically a clay mask that comes in a powder format, you add a liquid to mix it into a clay. The part I most enjoyed about this product was the little booklet containing suggestions of what to mix the powder with to create a specific outcome for your skin. This was lovely and allowed me to (theoretically) tailor it to my skins needs. However, there were numerous things I didn't like. Firstly, the smell on its own was pretty unpleasant, it smelt like sour milk which is not preferable so close to my nose! Secondly, the amount of powder needed for your face means that this product does not go very far compared to others that are available. Finally, my main gripe was the fact that this product did not do anything for my skin, not matter what I mixed it with! I love a clay mask but this one never left me any of the glow that I would usually expect.
