Green Ceremony Cleanser

This is an unusual cleanser, even in the green/clean beauty space, but it is a winner. You'll want to note the directions for use - for dry skin, like mine, you'll only want to use a few times a week. I love the wheat grass smell, and disagree with the other review stating it is messy. I am not a color-in-the-lines type of gal, and even I didn't mess up the bathroom counter! After dampening my skin, I fill the scooper, put the green powder in my hand and add a dollop of water, then massage onto my face. It leaves a refreshed, smooth surface. There is also a slight exfoliating action. I think this will be a love or hate product for most women - I find it fun and effective, and of course, the ingredients are superior to typical commercial brands.

This cleanser does a nice job, my skin feels refreshed but not stripped. I think it also evens out skin tone. I just wish it was easier to use... it is beautifully packaged but it's impractical in real life. The glass jar is heavy, awful for travelling and the cleanser is in powder form. There is a small scoop inside to use but when the jar is still pretty full you have to jam the scoop down in order to close the lid. I find this extremely annoying when I'm washing my face and I cant close the jar right away since I have powder in one hand and need both hands to close the lid. The powder is also very messy, and it takes practice to figure out how many drops of water to add for a good foam consistency. Also prepare for your sink and surrounding area to be green unless you're very careful to rinse flying drops away. I'm giving this 3 stars since I do like the cleanser, but its hard to use and also you can't really use it on your eyes. Pretty limiting for a pricey somewhat kitschy item.

The face wash comes in a lovely glass jar, and by first impression, I honestly thought at such a price tag, the contents wouldn’t last long. I only use a third of the enclosed spatula as it really does larther well with water. The fine green powder does smell amazingly like matcha tea. The wash really does eradicate all daily dirt, and the enclosed cloth helps exfoliate the skin. My face felt refreshed and glowing after use. A little hefty on the price tag, so I wouldn’t use it daily. Well worth a try.

I like the concept of mixing my own powder with water to make my own concoction. I love what odacite stands for and their clean formulas. However I feel as this cleanser does the average job of what most cleansers do, but with a bigger price tag. Therefor I am not ready to recommend this product to everyone

This is an amazing face wash. I use it 2-4 days a week and it cleans the skin beautifully. I feel though that if I used it daily, it probably would dry my skin a little bit so what I do is - some days I use mint cleanser and some days this one and my skin looks the best it has looked. Love it. Will definitely re-purchase when it finishes. Ahh, in addition - this will last you forever as it is a generous size and you need just a little.
