if it's on sale, does it mean it's damaged?

Buyer beware: Nordstrom has become like Amazon. Some brands are being sold on the Nordstrom Platform but exempt from the famous Nordstrom return/exchange policy they were once known for. This is what Nordstrom set them apart from other better department stores. Regarding this bag: I like Maison de Sabre. I have purchased several items and am more than satisfied. This duffel bag has a lining that separated from the body of the bag. I cannot tell if it was sewn but I see the lining is definitely glued. Completely torn on one side from a paperbook, a Maison de Sabre passport sleeve, a Maison de Sabre purse... The return policy is third vendor...just use your imagination. Send it back to Nordstrom because they have become the middle man.
