Ruffle Neck Blouse

Hi. This complaint is NOT ABOUT NORDSTROM. Not at all! I absolutely love Nordstrom and they are as honest as they come. It's a warning to everyone about ordering directly from the NYDJ website. When you buy an item and return it right away, none of the tags taken off, you expect to get all the money that you paid returned back to you. Right. NOT AT THE NYDJ WEBSITE. I recently returned 4 blouces. I paid $99+$99+89+$69.98=$343.98. I expected to get $343.98 back. No, I got $240.79 back. I called them. They don't have people answering the phones. I emailed them. They said, "Sometimes, refunds may occur due to items that were marked as final sale, shipping charges, or restocking fees." None of my items said "final sales". All were returned before the 30 deadline. Their online return policy states, "Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date." Nothing about shipping charges and restocking fees. SO PLEASE BEWARE! I have shopped there with blind trust for the last 3 years. I always order several things and return what doesn't work for me. I must have lost $500 or more during that time period. Just needed to get this news out to the public. And I would think that there is a legal issue here.
