Marilyn Stretch Straight Leg Jeans

I love the Marilyn cut! These are by far my favorite jeans. They have perfect stretch and are so comfortable. They are of a lightweight denim, so perfect for year round. And this color is a great "neutral". I have the Marilyn cut in several colors and they are my go-to jeans. They even seem to get better with wear and washing. Can't say anything bad about them.

Thanks to previous reviewers I decided to give these jeans a try. I love, love, love!! Have already ordered them in every color. The straight leg is flattering for my skinny "bird" legs but they aren't "bell-bottomy" at all. The waist is so much more comfortable, as I too always feel like the lower cuts are going to fall down. At work on Fridays, everyone is so excited about wearing jeans except me, since I had none I really enjoyed wearing. Now I'm set!! Plus they had just gone on sale when I ordered the other colors. I found the 2 Petite was perfect for me. I'm 5' 4" and 112 lbs.

Love these and am a bit surprised! Tried this brand years ago with no success and even a ugh, no way! However, these jeans are lovely and, glad out of desperation, I gave them another try. The fit is great, hits at the waist where I like them and truly enhance a female figure unlike lower cut jeans and pants, which make women look oddly shaped regardless of how perfect a figure one has not to mention anything about how uncomfortable they are to wear (always feel like they're falling down!). I am 24.5 W and 34.5 hip, 5'2" tall, and bought a P00 per size chart and customer recommendation to size down because they stretch. I didn't find the stretching to be dramatic however after wearing twice, two days in a row. Now they're in the wash so we'll see. The fabric is a nice, a less work-like, more refined denim but still cool and stylish looking. (I prefer full heavier cotton but do like these as an alternative if that's helpful to know.) Perfect length.
