Nice quality, basic and useful
I needed a nice pair of shorts to elevate a casual look above my usual cut-off jeans. I wear a 16, but sized down one size as recommended, and the 14 fits me perfectly. These look nice with any of my tees or linen blouses. I wear my nicer sandals with them, although sneakers would be fine, too. I don't generally like shorts on me, but these look nice. They are well-made and well-cut from a nice quality, substantial stretch fabric. Recommended, even if you don't usually wear shorts.

Cute but not for me.
I wanted to love these shorts. The fabric is great and has a bit of stretch... I ordered my usual size and while they fit perfectly...they didn't flatter my figure. My thighs are my problem area...and these shorts seemed to flair out slightly with the side slit which wasn't a slimming look for me. I'm very particular about shorts. Sadly, I couldn't feel comfortable wearing them and returned them. If my thighs narrowed more toward my knee, they might look great. All in all a great pair of shorts...just not for my figure.

Stretch out a lot when wearing
I loved these when I first put them on. They fit well and look great - but as the day went on they stretched out about a full size and looked big and sloppy. I am returning and ordering a size smaller. I'm 5'8" / 168 and ordered a 10 originally - will be ordering an 8.

perfect shorts!
Finally a cute pair of long shorts. I'm 5'6", 148 lbs, larger thighs and these shorts fit me perfectly. The side slit is flattering too. They are super comfortable.

Slimming Bermuda Shorts
