actually works on mature skin
My skin was not wrinkled, had no under eye bags, had no crows feet, but dreadful jowl sag-
I bought this because of Nordie's return policy. I won't return it. For my skin condition, I had noticeable results in 3 weeks; 6 weeks it seemed as if I had had plastic surgery- the jowls are gone. No it is not a way to return to 16 year old facial condition; I had very good line free skin that was sagging- I have the same very good skin and it is not sagging. This is a solution to plastic surgery but it did take time.

I so wanted NuFace to work
I researched the heck out of NuFace before ordering mine from Nordstrom. I searched and read reviews from multiple sites. I read articles about micro-current technology. I did this research off and on over about six-week period before I finally felt like the purchase was worth my time and money.
I really wanted NuFace to work. I carefully read the instruction manual and the "my NuFace" website. I watched instructional videos. I educated myself before using my NuFace.
After the first use, my face was bright red. My cheeks were exceptionally red. I had red lines on my forehead in the path where the NuFace passed. The red lines on my forehead subsided in about two hours, however my cheeks only slightly changed from a darker shade of red to a slightly lesser shade of red. Thankfully, I work from home so I didn't have to leave the house with red lines on my forehead and bright red cheeks.
I wanted to persevere with NuFace, so I tried it again the next day. Once again, I got red lines on my forehead and an even redder cheek. Upon looking in a magnifying mirror, I noticed many broken capillaries on my cheeks that weren't there before NuFace.
I checked my NuFace manual for any mention of redness. On page 8, under the Warnings section, it says, "Potential adverse reactions may include skin irritation or redness."
I just can't keep a product that causes so much redness and broken capillaries.
I've scheduled a laser treatment that's supposed to calm the redness. I hope it will reverse the damage NuFace did.
NuFace may very well work for you. I think the technology seems solid. But, I think if you are prone to get redness, then it is not worth the risk.

Requires Commitment
After using the Trinity for 75 days, I notice a nice but subtle change in facial tone. NuFace Trinity is rechargeable and the cradle does not take up a lot of space. The design is ergonomic, easy to hold. The removable head is easy to clean, however, there are no "interchangeable heads" as described. There is only one head available. The timer helps to guide the procedure movement. The conductivity gel dries too quickly, is tacky and too expensive. I prefer to use aloe vera gel, it works perfectly! I recommend this device to anyone that is willing to make a commitment of 10 minutes a day. It does not "lift" - the device stimulates the facial muscles. This stimulation helps to increase facial muscle tone. With the commitment, the results are SUBTLE, yet noticeable. I do see a more toned and sculpted face. FYI, after the first few uses, I was able to do it without looking in the mirror. So easy to do the treatment while watching tv. For an added boost, I add hyaluronic acid or my favorite face serum five minutes before beginning the treatment. The gel must be used during the treatment. Aloe vera works best for me. I did not give five stars because it is expensive here and the trial period is not the best available.

Awesome device!
I love this device, although I have not seen the interchangeable heads as the Nuface company states, the head that is on the device does work just fine, although, a smaller head would let you get into smaller areas of your face, much easier (above lip and under lip). The gel tends to be a little expensive, so I tend to use pure Aloe Vera gel and it works, just fine, you get the same effect. I actually have noticed a change in the look and texture of my skin, but you do need to do it in the beginning everyday at least for the first month, now, I just use it about 3 times a week to keep up the look. I love this device!! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the gel is very expensive ($16), they should tell you that Aloe Vera does the same thing and it costs about $13 dollars less. My dermotologist suggested using the Aloe Vera because thats what they use in the hospital for most things that use the conductivity system to work.

The NuFace - still old face
I gave this gizmo over six months. I've used it at least 5 - 6 times a week and I don't see any improvement whatsoever. I don't understand why so many people seem to think that not only it works over time but that they see visible results immediately. Maybe my skin is impervious to it or perhaps people just deceive themselves and see what they want to see. Anyway, it's a waste of money. I'm thankful for Nordstrom's fantastic return policy.

Little to no improvement
I used this for 2 months and saw very little difference. The gel is messy and dries out quickly. It is too time consuming for little to no results. Dermatologist stated this makes the muscles slightly "puffed" causing subtle temporary tightening / lifting of skin. It would only last in terms of hours. He advised to use my money wisely for things that actually work and have history of evidence - real results. I was hoping this would reduce "11" frown lines- they didn't improve with Nuface in the slightest. Botox is the only way to reduce or eliminate expression lines. Topicals such as Tretinoin and vitamin c are the only noninvasive ways to tighten skin by building collagen over time with longer lasting improvements. Microneedling is another Increasing collagen and elastin will help sagging, aging skin. I'm looking into supplements too.
