Don’t buy this product or believe the hype. I used it religiously months after I bought it but saw very little impact. Frustrated I put it away and pulled it back out months later. To be specific 1 year and 1 week after purchase (their warranty is 1 year). It had stopped working and charging. I emailed Nuface to see if it could be repaired and Alexis in customer service let me know I could buy another one!! Or I could buy a used one!! Goody gumdrops - Are you telling me I can spend more money on your cheap ineffective buy wildly overpriced product that WILL break as soon as it’s not covered? Gee thanks I’ll pass and warn others. I was skeptical but thought what do I have to lose. I used NuFace every day for one month with the exception of 3 days. I definitely see a difference. My face looks smoother, thinner and my neck has improved. I only had to charge it once when I received it. I use the highest setting. The gel that comes with it has lasted over a month. It may be worth buying more of since that amounts to $23 a month for the gel. The booklet print is so tiny that I ended going out to YouTube to see how it was done. I’m 62. This is not a miracle but it sure helps. I bought Suzanne Somers FaceMaster years ago. This is essentially the same technique but you don’t have to hold two wands and repurchase the little sponge tips. You feel this working only if you don’t use enough gel. Ouch. I use about a dime size amount for one half of my face and neck. Be patient and be consistent. It only takes about 10 minutes a day. Looking forward to a better New Face.

I bought this after going to a spa treatment where they used the Opal product. It seemed to help my under eye bags so I was interested in purchasing it for long-term use. After looking at the reviews, I thought the NuFace device might be more appropriate. After using it twice, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my under eye bags. They are virtually gone. I have had issues with my bags for over two years so to see this level of improvement is striking. There is a small degree of change with other wrinkles and I am hopeful that improves over time. Overall my skin looks and feels more toned. Used the device over a week now and skin still looks great. I am firm believer in this product now. I got the mini and it is perfect. Don't think I need the larger device or the supplemental items at this time. As long as you use the gel it comes with, you will not feel any sensation or pain. I actually thought it was not working until I put the device on an area without any gel. It caused a stinging sensation. Will likely change to aloe vera after I use the initial gel that came with the produce.

So I put off buying this for awhile ( price) but finally read enough good reviews and I figured with Nordstrom's great return policy I should just try. So glad I did. It definitely works. I have used it for only 3 nights, 5 minutes each, and my face is tighter and smoother. As noted, if you stop using it your skin will go back to droopy, but who cares? If I thought I could find a permanent solution I would go get a face lift. I was afraid the primer would cause me to breakout. Didn't happen, although it is kind of gross ( worth it for results). So now I have another 5 minutes added to my nighttime routine, which is annoying but again, if the results are there it is worth it! Oh, I am 41, just starting to notice the "drop" in the jowl area- being proactive. I'm excited for the future!!
