What it does: NuFACE FIX helps plump, smooth and tighten the look of skin within three minutes. Use the pen-sized device with the NuFACE FIX Line Smoothing Serum, the first ionic microcurrent skin care formula supercharged with active beauty ingredients that help smooth, tighten and brighten skin. The serum can also be used alone and even over makeup to refresh and brighten anytime your skin needs a boost.

How to use: Begin by cleansing skin and applying a thin layer of serum. Use the FIX Line Smoothing Device feathering technique—a quick erasing motion—to smooth away the look of fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, mouth, forehead and nasolabial folds. Treat each area for three minutes up to two times per day. Finish by tapping in the remaining serum for lasting skin care benefits. Wipe the device clean with a gentle cloth after each use.

Right side !!!
This is the best new facial device in a long time. The photo shows how well it works after one use on the right side of my face. Highly recommend!!!

Plastic is cracking near the silver head
I liked it at first, but now it is starting to crack near the silver head. I never dropped it . I threw out the box, because I did like. I hope I can return it to Nordstrom. Waste of money.

Nice product, not so happy
I really thought this product was working but the plastic around the metal balls cracked and the ball fell out. For the price I paid, NUFACE should construct this better since this seems to be a main problem w this device. $150 plus $49 tubes of serum isn't a price I think anyone should pay to have this device fall apart not even into a year of owning it.

My device didn't break like other reviewers mentioned but this device sure doesn't do a thing for fine lines/wrinkles like advertised. Please save your money and go see an MD for any skin concerns as this device doesn't work a bit. I've been using this device for about six weeks, 2 x a day (along with the serum) and see no improvements. Just used to treat upper lip lines but I'm about to give up and just go see a doctor. Total waste of money and time.

Stopped charging
I bought this in January 2019, and it just stopped charging. I know it’s been over a year, but for $150.00 I would expect a little longer life.
