Terrible design
This bag is a huge pain to use. I’m not sure who designed it but they really messed this one up. The top zipper goes straight across and opens like a small eyelid making it extremely difficult to actually load any clothing in or out of it. Very unhappy with the design. Quality is great though so no complaints there. It just feels like they didn’t actually use the bag before they sold it.
