What it is: A potent brightening serum that visibly improves dark spots and evens skin tone.
What it does: This serum contains THD vitamin C, a highly efficacious form of vitamin C that nourishes the skin. It also includes antioxidant-rich turmeric and a powerful blend of super fruits to brighten the look of dark spots and visibly improve hyperpigmentation. A key ingredient in NOVA is the antioxidant-rich super-root turmeric, which gives this serum a ginger-like smell that quickly fades upon application. Like all of Herbivore‘s products, NOVA is 100 percent natural and made without any added fragrances.
How to use: Apply 1–2 pumps onto skin after cleansing and before moisturizing. Finish with your SPF. Use once daily in the morning.

Smells terrible but works great
I love this brand and first got hooked on them since I was trying to ditch plastic in my beauty routine. This product works great and is in a glass bottle!

Not effective for me
I was so excited to try this but there was no noticeable difference in my skin after using this product. I know Vitamin C formulas are finicky and work for some and not for others. The consistency of the product was nice and it wears well under makeup. I was surprised that this includes turmeric and I did not see any results, and be aware to avoid the eye area. Pass for me.

Currently my HG product
PIH has been the bane of my existence for a while. No matter how mild the acne and how well I care for it, it leaves a dark spot. Within 3 days of using this product I noticed the new dark spots fading. Within about 3 weeks there was a noticeable difference in the fading of the older dark spots. I love this product so much, I can’t wait to try the Nova oil to see if I can replace my current niacinamide from another brand. Herbivore has nailed it with so many products.
