Notch Collar Organic Linen Top

Nordstrom is one of my favorite stores but recent shipping practices have me disappointed. This shirt is beautiful, made of LINEN, and costs @ $200. It was shipped balled up in a small plastic bag/envelope! Upon opening it is very creased and wrinkled...It looks like someone left it crumpled on the floor and then stuffed it into this small envelope. This packaging is maybe appropriate for a t-shirt or undies but not for a fine linen shirt. If I decide to keep this, it will have to go to the dry-cleaners for pressing before it will be wearable. I am surprised at this packaging choice and will go directly to Eileen Fisher's website for future purchases. They treat their wares with respect and they arrive in pristine condition. Please Nordstrom, review your shipping procedures so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have always been a huge fan of Eileen Fisher’s linen products. The green color of this top is so rich and beautiful in person. This has quickly become one of my favorite tops to wear, it so comfortable. I am so glad I tried this top on in store as it was too big and I ended up having to go down a size.

The color and fabric are beautiful, but it fit oddly on the sides. The combination of the dolman sleeve, the front pleat, and the short height made it bunch up, even when I rearranged it and tried different sizes. You can see how the model here holds her arms close to the body to keep it tucked back.

The Fabric and green color of this top are gorgeous. I’d buy in many other items of clothing if you offered designs that work for real women! But this top must be designed for very short women, or those who don’t mind showing their midsection. Please bring back regular length tops — and stop all this crop top nonsense!
