women’s bamboo north coast fleece

Not that soft
I ordered this sweatshirt along with bamboo joggers and another bamboo sweatshirt. It was not that soft.

Too cropped for my liking :(
This is the first time I have not given Free Fly a 5 start review. I've been a fan for years and always love the items I have purchased. I was hesitant to purchase the Northcoast Fleece Anorak because it was cropped but decided to give it a try because I had a gift card. It didn't look too short on the model photos, but I was wrong! If you like the crop style then I'm sure you won't mind it, but it's not my thing (really cropped short at the waist). I really wish this top was a little bit longer because otherwise it's great--super comfortable, warm, nice zippers and color. Free Fly please make an updated (non-cropped) version in the future!

Northcoast Fleece-Soft, cozy, and the perfect post-adventure layer.
This anorak is incredibly soft and cozy—exactly what I want to throw on after an outdoor adventure to stay warm and comfortable. It’s a great layering piece without feeling bulky. The length is on the shorter side, but I wouldn’t call it cropped; it still feels flattering and wearable. And the Sea Pine color is absolute perfection in person.For sizing reference, I’m traditionally a medium in tops in most brands, but I typically wear a large in Free Fly tops. I purchased a large in this and the fit is just right—comfortable and easy to layer.

Best cold-weather hoodie!
I love this new line of heavier fleece that Free Fly has introduced. It’s just as soft as the lightweight lineup, but it has more bulk and is definitely warmer. I took this up north above the arctic circle to chase the northern lights, and it was the perfect base layer. Super soft against my skin, and warm enough that when I had the hood pulled over my hat, my head and neck stayed super toasty. I also love the slightly cropped look, it’s just so cute and makes me feel cute under all the layers! Love the zippers on the kangaroo pocket as well, I kept my phone in there while riding a snow mobile, and because of the zippers, I was never worried about it falling out. The sizing is great too, I got a size S, and I’m 5’4” and ~140lbs. I’m short-waisted, so the cropped look gives me the illusion of being a bit taller than I really am! Overall, highly recommend this style, and the colors are so lovely! Definitely ordering more!

Wife Loves it
My wife loves her Northcoast fleece. She said it’s comfortable and that she loves the pockets and the long zipper.
