Arrived cracked and broken poorly packaged
Order as a gift for my daughter for Christmas, item arrived damaged figured I place another order just to have more issues. I was expecting better quality for what you pay for the jewelry box extremely disappointing experience and customer service just offered for me to return and wait to receive my money back on both orders. Was a waste of time trying to receive another item. After seeing the way it was damaged it seems extremely unlikely I would purchase this brand again coming off cheaply made. I had high expectations of liking this product but it feel short on quality

Damaged item!
The jewelry box I received is damaged. I requested a new item, but it is sold out. I requested a partial refund due to the damage and was told that is not possible. I believe that Nordstrom knowingly sent me a damaged returned item, which is disappointing. This is the second Nordstrom online purchase I received damaged. I used to associate Nordstrom with great customer service, but not anymore.

Order canceled
Once again, my order was canceled by Nordstrom due to my item no longer being available. I would estimate that they cancel an item from my orders about 20% of the time. It just frustrates me, because I spent the time shopping and waiting only to start over days later.
