Tried this on in person & immediately had to get it. Support & structure is good, doesn’t scrunch up in the front when i walk so that’s a plus. It’s said to be knee high, assuming it would cover the knees, but it hits a little below the knee on me (5’0, 115 lbs) which is fine.

dont trust in store pick up service
Ordered these for in store pickup for the next day for an event. Waited all the next day for the order to be ready, by 4pm called customer service to check status where they shared it could be 3 more business days. What?! I would have shipped then instead of driving an hour out of the way to the nearest Nordstrom thinking they’d be ready the next day like the app and order indicated.

Fit like a dream. I am a size 11, but i purchased one size up to account for thick winter socks. The boots are buttery soft, and the perfect height. I was worried that they wouldn’t fit on my calves, but they zipped up without a problem
