Recieved Used Shoes
This review is specifically for the poor service and not the actual shoes. Nordstrom has always been a reputable company and I was highly disappointed and inconvenienced to received a used product. Being a long time Nordstroms customer, I was beyond disappointed especially how costumer service handled the situation. I ordered these for a party that we were attending just a few days away and to receive USED loafers from Nordstrom was incredibly frustrating to say the least. The only solution costumer service could provide was ordering me another pair of shoes but were out of stock and when asked what else they can do…is speak with their quality control team. They definitely need to increase their quality control because why would anyone see these and think it’s okay to send to a costumer.
