súper soft!
Super soft and warm!! The color is a pretty lilac/lavender mix, and I love the length — not dragging on the floor (I’m 5’1) but long enough to cover most of me and keep me warm.

Not as advertised.
I ordered Purple Velvet which was shown online as a soft lilac color. The Purple Velvet that was delivered is exactly the opposite of what was shown on the website. Super dark purple. I went back to check the website and the color I ordered is no longer available. Totally disappointed as this was going to be a Christmas gift and the ordered color fits her taste. Not sure if I'm returning this or replacing with another color. A waste of time given that we are supposed to avoid unnecessary, non-essential trips. Disappointed with my first online purchase from Nordstrom.

Nice robe, color not what I ordered
What was presented online, which was a very light purple, is not what I received. The color that was sent to me as “purple velvet” is soo dark I never would have ordered it. Unfortunately I don't want to make an unnecessary trip to the post office to return as COVID cases in my town are high so I’m stuck with it. 3 stars because robe is very soft and seems good quality.

color not as shown!
The purple shown online was a beautiful lilac purple. Received and awful dark purple robe. Returning this as it isn’t at all as shown in the pictures!
