looks great and easy to use
I do not understand the other comments about the top, it was very easy to remove it by screwing, put the towel then install the top back, maybe the manufacturer has fixed the design?

Either the decorative top doesn’t come off, making it impossible to put a roll on, or the top is d ST o tightly screwed to the base that I was afraid of damaging it. Either way, poorly made and returned.

does not fit a normal size paper towel roll
Wanted to love this, looked beautiful in my kitchen, but just doesn’t work at all with the paper towels. I’m literally trying to shove the roll in. This is going back

I returned it.
This is the worst thing I have ever purchased at Nordstrom. I’ve been a Nordstrom customer for years due to the quality and class that Nordstrom has in everything. This definitely is not that. The wood is varied in color. The band looks like some cheap thin metal added without thought. So disappointed Nordstrom would sell this.

Paper Towel Holder
I really like this paper towel holder! I will agree with the other reviewers, it doesn’t show that there are nails on the gold in the photo, but that doesn’t bother me. I think it looks great!
