What it is: An innovative formula that transforms lashes for a four-dimensional result: volume, length, curl and definition.

What it does: Each stroke immediately intensifies your look. The packaging features the iconic CHANEL click mechanism, turning mascara into an object of desire. Enriched with provitamin B5, NOIR ALLURE Mascara helps fortify and protect lashes. Three naturally derived waxes, including rice wax and beeswax, deliver volume, length and curl. For the first time, CHANEL infuses a mascara with an imperceptible hint of red for added depth. The color dresses up the slim, flexible and elegant brush, which captures every last lash to create an optimal fanned-out effect.

How to use: Coat lashes from roots to tips in a slight zigzagging motion.

My new FAVORITE
I have used Chanel Le Volune since the day it came out 100 years ago. I would get bored and venture out to try other volume mascaras but immediately went back to Le Volume. Contrary to all the reviews I LOVE at his mascara. It does flake or smudge what so ever. It gives quick, and major volume. Plus the packaging is genius!!!!!

Flakes off immediately.
Love the color. Love the packaging. I love the lengthening and separating of the lashes. I love the small wand that grabs my lashes. I love the shine of the mascara. The mascara does not add volume to my lashes. The mascara looks good for 15 minutes; a maximum of 20 minutes. It just flakes off immediately. I am so disappointed. This is the worst mascara that I have ever used.

Not The Best Mascara By Chanel
The packaging and the way the mascara opens is beautiful and very luxurious and that definitely deserves a 5 star rating. The actual mascara is very subpar. The mascara is very dry and while it does lengthen my lashes somewhat it does not provide any thickness or volume. Sadly I will be returning this mascara during my next trip to Nordstrom. Chanel Le Volume Mascara is their best mascara and one of my favorites.

Really Bummed
I was really exited about getting this mascara. Ordered it right away as soon as it was available. It does not create any sort of lovely lash like the picture and flakes. I'm very careful about not using an eye cream or serum that has too much moisture during the day so in this case I will say this mascara isn't very good. Thank you to Nordstrom for understanding as I exchanged it today.

worst Chanel mascara ever
Completely unimpressed and disappointed. $42 for a mascara that flakes, gives zero volume…even with 5 coats and is less pigmented than others. No. I’m a die hard volume de Chanel girl. There is nothing that tops that mascara and I have tried literally all of them. You can not suggest a mascara to me that I haven’t already tried. This was a miss. Already bought my Volume de Chanel again while on vacation because I hated allure 4D so much. This one is going back as soon as I get back in the country.
