Sleep Mask

Bought this for my gf's birthday and she can't sleep without it. Guys, get your girlfriend a Nodpod, it will 100% make her happier than you can haha

I have trouble falling asleep after I wake up (or get woken up) in the middle of the night. I also deal with ambient light issues from my neighbor's security lights. This sleep mask really helps me to rest when I need to. I don't necessarily fall back asleep, but it helps me relax, don't toss and turn, and I feel more rested when I do get up. It also helps staying asleep / restful during sunrise as it totally blocks the light. I am not a sleep mask person, I have never used a sleep mask regularly or kept one by my pillow. Last night when I wanted to use it and couldn't find it I almost flipped out. It had fallen behind the bed, but I couldn't rest until I retrieved it. I also have dry eye, and I think this indirectly helps with it by preventing me from opening my eyes or being affected from airflow.

I LOVE my nodpod! I have chronic migraines and the nodpod really helps. Many days I wake up about 5:00 am with a headache, but if I use an icepack behind my neck for a bit that really helps. Now I use the nodpod over my eyes also — straight from the freezer — and go back to bed. I usually get an additional hour or two of sleep. It’s wonderful. The material doesn’t actually freeze, so there is no concern of any skin damage or frostbite. I have two now, so that I always have at least one in my freezer. It’s awesome!

Received as a gift and I love what it does for my sleep. I wake up feeling more rested. Only concern is having this weight on my eyes / face and this causing saggy skin under the eyes. Scared to use this long term. :(

I didn’t know how much I needed this. The weight is soothing and the design is awesome. I can use it sleeping on my back and also as a side sleeper. One side is velvety and one is like jersey. I sleep more deeply and fall asleep faster.

I work night shifts in the hospital. I used to sleep in a … closet. I’ve tried everything and FINALLY I can sleep in the bed during the day. It’s the weight and the light-blocking together that make it just right for me. Five star all the way!
